...and that cutie behind me in the photo above is the air in my lungs...literally. You might find him tagging along to hold the light or carry my equipment on our shoot together. My husband of 25 years is the reason I have been able to do what I love!
I am a passionate lover of Travel. In order to really appreciate everything this world has to offer, you have to be willing to bundle up and change your latitude every once in a while. Infact, this is us during a once in a lifetime trip to Scotland -2017.
While Florida is my home, I was born and raised in Eastern Oregon. My High School ambition of living in Florida became reality when the universe literally showed me the door to opportunity in 2006 so my husband and I picked up our kids and walked right through it. We have lived in the Pensacola area ever since.
3 short years later...
my childhood dream became a reality and Kimberly Petty Photography was established. Yes, My childhood Dream.
The photo to the right was taken in 1989, by a 10 year old at her aunt's Wedding... with a 110...Who then decided after seeing the developed pictures from the local Bi-Mart that Gee... I think I want to be Photographer.
So to sum it up.... h/s ambition of Living in Florida...Manifested!

The Universe will bring you the opportunity for everything you desire. You just have to be able to recognize it and believe that it is yours for the taking. That is the Secret.
